Saturday.  Buffet lunch and A.G.M.

The pleasures of the Arborfield BBQ, with the endless variety of culinary delights are, alas, no more.  The offerings from a commercial venture fell far short.  A variety of sandwiches with indeterminate fillings, with no indications as to what they actually were, left much to be desired.  They were accompanied by several unidentified items fried in batter with nameless dips.  Suck it and see, then put it back, was frowned on so a lot of the mysteries were left on the plate.  There were also a variety of ‘fancies’ which failed to live up to the description.  However, the tea and coffee were palatable.
