52A, 6 Division, ‘A’ COMPANY.

This photo arrived in an envelope of miscellaneous items. Unfortunately it is a copy of a photocopy of a copy and so the quality is not of the best. I have made some attempt at refurbishment but it is still not up to the usual standard of quality we try to publish.

The task now is to establish the identities of those portrayed so if you can help, please contact The Editor with your thoughts.

I believe the A/CSM in the centre of the front row to be Stan Thornton, and possibly Bob Makepeace on the extreme left of the front row. All a guess of course.

The division is reduced in number by the transfer of some members to the reformed ‘D’ Company.
